The game is played using the classic framework: position the pieces that drop down in such a way that there are no gaps between any of them. Once you have managed to eliminate all possible gaps along the horizontal line, this line disappears, making more space available for the game.
The cursor keys are used as the controls. Horizontal cursors move a piece from one side of the board to the other. The vertical cursors let you turn the piece in one direction or the other.
The twist to the game is that the pieces drop at greater and greater speeds. The game is over when no more pieces can be fitted on the board. The program's options enable you to advance a level if you so desire.
